i particularly like alot of the details.

Ever since she realized elf ears double as handle bars she trained hard to be handle rough treatment of her mout... she figured it was easier to just be able to take it then to complain.

I actually learned something new working on this so im really happy it hopefully will lead to more realistic looking gold freckles on Aheris.

so all in all it was an enjoyable peice of work.

Also, I noticed you gave her actual scales. That's different... her 'scales' usually turn out like freckles themselves... but I'll experiment with that later.

well in all reality ears are pretty durable so long as you arnt wylde with them, works well to direct where you want the head to go... you just have to remember theres teeth directly attached to them.

as far as the freckles go i use a small feathered brush like an 8 usually on a 300dpi image with a high scatter and spread with make jitter and random stat slide bar i forget the name of. then after a few difernt colors and sizes i lock transparency and us a multiply brush till ive built up the proper shading. What i learn on this pic is to use the freckle layer as a overlay layer wich makes the freckles automatically shade it with the skin tones and gives that irish lass look to it with out it being to distracting, then using a second layer for a few sparce freckle that are supa-bright. OOO... however its important to magic wand the skin layer b4 you paint on the freckle layer so your freckles stay where they should.

With lammy i have half dragons in my universe that look human but can transform into bipedal were dragon like creatures (similar looking to dragon born outta D&D, though mine have been around for the better part of the decade -.-) one defining characteristic is they have visible scales embeded in their skin in boney or sensitive places. So i thought i'ld try that technique for something that was akin to just under the skin like ur skin felt smooth but you could still see the scales in her flesh. kinda exotic with out being well ...scaley (not exactly super sexy knowing a lick in the right direction would plane ur tongue :P) it would be kinda neat if when she had to fight or felt threatened the scales could slide back out like armor.

Though, Lammy is a snake... still, that concept you have there is very cool... I can see it working nicely.
